Dubai – Mubasher: Mag Property Development is considering listing its shares on the Dubai Financial Market (DFM) during the next three years, the CEO Talal Al Gaddah stated on Monday.
The potential listing will serve the company’s expansion plans, whether in domestic, regional or global markets, Al Gaddah added.
Mag Property Development is set to launch new projects in the UAE, especially in Dubai, the CEO noted.
MAG 5 Boulevard in Dubai South will be delivered ahead of schedule by the end of the second quarter of 2018 instead of Q4-18, the top official concluded.
