Riyadh – Mubasher: Maharah Human Resources Company announced the appointment of Sulaiman Abdulaziz Al Majed as the new Chairman of the board, starting 1 May 2021 and for a three-year term.
The company has also appointed Abdullah Sulaiman Al Amro as the Vice Chairman, according to a disclosure to Tadawul on Wednesday.
It is worth noting that Maharah recently signed a non-binding memorandum of understanding to acquire a majority stake of 90% in Spectra Support Services Company.
