Maharah’s board unveils dividends for H2-25; capital increase proposed

Riyadh - Mubasher: The board members of Maharah Human Resources Company approved the distribution of SAR 58.63 million in cash dividends, representing 13% of its SAR 475 million capital, for the second half (H2) of 2025.

The Saudi company will distribute a dividend of SAR 0.13 per share for 451.04 million shares, according to a bourse filing.

Meanwhile, the eligibility and distribution dates will be 26 April and 7 May 2026, respectively.

Capital Hike

On the other hand, the company’s board recommended increasing its capital to SAR 600 million from SAR 475 million, according to another bourse filing.

The 26.32% capital hike will be financed by capitalizing SAR 103.05 million from the statutory reserve and SAR 21.94 million from retained earnings.

Following the transaction, the total number of shares will rise by 125 million to 600 million from 475 million.

Bonus shares will be distributed to the shareholders at a ratio of five bonus shares for every 19 existing shares.

The company will use the proceeds of the increase to strengthen its capital base and enhance its financial position.
