Mubasher: VOX Cinemas, a subsidiary of Majid Al Futtaim Group, on Wednesday announced that it invested over BHD 3 million in 16 auditoria in The Avenues Bahrain.
The Avenues Cinema contains three VIP auditoria, each auditorium includes 93 seats, Bahraini newspaper Al Ayam reported, citing VOX Cinemas chief operating officer Michelle Walsh as saying.
The Cinema utilised state-of-the-art technology in terms of screens, seats and lighting, the top official added.
VOX Cinemas is planning to expand in the Middle East and the GCC, especially in Oman, Kuwait, Egypt and Jordon, Walsh concluded.
