Dubai – Mubasher: Majid Al Futtaim entered a joint venture with Al Jazira Sports and Cultural Club to establish City Centre Al Jazira, according to a statement.
Construction on the AED 1.4 billion ($381.15 million) is set to begin in October 2017 and is scheduled for completion in early 2021.
The project is located between the Airport Road and Al Muroor Road in the heart of Abu Dhabi.
The centre will include 153 retail stores, a Carrefour hypermarket, a 15-screen VOX Cinemas, Magic Planet family entertainment destination, a City Centre Clinic, and a fitness centre, as well as indoor and alfresco dining choices.
Total leasable area is expected to be 80,500 square metre within a built-up area of 215,000 square metre.
