Dubai – Mubasher: Majid Al Futtaim on Monday announced plans to develop a new mixed-use residential community in Dubai.
The announcement was made at the Cityscape Global 2017 exhibit in Dubai.
The new community will include distinguished retail, leisure, and entertainment utilities by Majid Al Futtaim, the company said in a press release, adding that it expects to make more announcements regarding the main project plans in the first half of 2018.
We are currently negotiating with major global and regional contractors, the Dubai-based company added.
