Cairo – Mubasher: Traders on the Egyptian Exchange are awaiting the following events for their listed companies on 3 February trading session:
Madinet Nasr Housing said shareholders of record until 3 February would be entitled to its bonus shares distribution at 1 to 1.
Earlier, the company’s shareholders meeting approved raising the company’s issued capital from EGP 250 million to EGP 375 million, through the distribution of bonus shares.
Meanwhile, Dice Sport and Casual Wear said shareholders of record date 3 February would be entitled to the company’s stock split.
The company will reduce the par value per each stock to EGP 1 from EGP4.
In the same vein, the Egyptian Company for International Tourism Projects (Americana Egypt) said shareholders of record until 3 February are entitled to its bonus shares distribution at 0.371 to 1.
Previously, Americana Egypt shareholders decided to raise the company’s issued capital from EGP 291.6 million to EGP 400 million, through the distribution of bonus shares.
