Cairo – Mubasher: Traders on the Egyptian Exchange are awaiting the following events for their listed companies:
IT Synergy will be erased from the database of the Egyptian Exchange as of 13 January 2016.
Earlier, the listing committee has decided to postpone IT Synergy share offering on Nile Stock Exchange - NILEX .
The listing committee said it delayed the share offering until the company provides it with documents related to its fair value study.
Meanwhile, National Real Estate shareholders of record until 13 January would be entitled to its bonus shares at one-for- nine.
Earlier, the firm decided to raise its issued capital from EGP 46.830 million to EGP 52.024 million, up EGP 5.2 million distributed across 520,000 shares at EGP 10 par value each.
