Cairo – Mubasher: Traders on the Egyptian Exchange are awaiting the following events for their listed companies:
Al Shams Housing and Urbanization Company will hold its ordinary and extraordinary general meetings (OGM, EGM). The OGM will discuss increasing the capital through distributing 1-for-10 bonus shares, while the EGM will look into amending the articles No (6) and (7) to comply with the capital hike.
Egyptian Satellites Company’s OGM will consider a proposal by the board of directors to distribute cash dividends at 55 cents for the fiscal year 2015.
Alexandria Spinning and Weaving will also held its ordinary general meeting to discuss the company’s financial position.
