Riyadh – Mubasher: The Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) is set to witness a number of major events this week, including the listing of Al Yamamah Steel Industries on the bourse on Sunday, 22 May.
Tadawul will also see the payment of cash dividends worth SAR 310.63 million by four companies; Yamama Cement, Saudi Ground Services, Arriyadh Development and National Company for Glass Industries.
Shareholders of Saudi Pharmaceutical Industries and Medical Appliances Corporation (SPIMACO) will gather on Sunday to discuss creating an allowance to face losses of Ibn Roshd Company.
Mohammad Al-Mojil Group and Al-Baha Investment and Development Company will also hold their general meetings on 24 May and 25 May, respectively, to discuss the liquidation of the companies or continuing their business activity as their accumulated losses reached 100% of the capital.
