Mubasher: Bahrain Tourism Company (BTC) said that a major shareholder has executed on Tuesday a purchase transaction on 51,600 shares, with a total value of BHD 11,558.400, according to a bourse statement.
BTC noted that Yousif Abdulla Amin is the shareholder who raised the stake at BHD 0.224 per share.
Thus, the shareholder owns 5,397,302 shares or 7.496% stake in the Bahraini company.
