Riyadh – Mubasher: The board of directors of Malath Cooperative Insurance Company approved the appointment of Mamdouh Al Sharhan as the board’s new chairman.
It also approved appointing Salman Al Hawawi as the board’s deputy chairman, according to the company’s filing to the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) on Thursday.
Moreover, Fawaz Al Hijji was named as the company’s chief executive officer.
