Riyadh-Mubasher: Malath Insurance has opened board nomination for the next three-year term starting from 6 April 2016, the company said in a bourse filing Wednesday.
Shareholders owning 1,000 shares and wishing to be nominated should submit their applications no later than 7 January 2016.
