Riyadh – Mubasher: Malath Cooperative Insurance Company said it will end the subscription period of increasing capital through right issue shares on Thursday, 19 October.
In July, the Capital Market Authority (CMA) of Saudi Arabia approved the insurance firm’s request to increase capital to SAR 500 million, from SAR 120 million.
By 11:26 am KSA time, Malath's stock fell 6.37% to SAR 15.58.
