Riyadh – Mubasher: Malath Insurance Company said on Monday that Tabuk Cement accepted its offers to provide medical insurance services for its employees for 12 months starting on 8 November for SAR 3.28 million.
The insurance services also include providing services for the cement company’s properties for 12 months, starting from the same date, so as total value of the two proposals reaches SAR 4.02 million.
The agreements will be presented to the next general meeting to approve it, according to a bourse filing.
