Riyadh – Mubasher: Shopping malls, theme parks, restaurants and cafes will be exempted from the proposal to close shops at 9pm in Saudi Arabia, stated labour ministry spokesperson Khaled Aba El-Kheil.
These places will close at midnight on weekdays and at 1am KSA time on weekends and official holidays, the spokesperson added on his official Twitter account.
El-Kheil has said that the Ministry of Labour and Social Development was getting ready to put forward its proposal to close shops at 9pm, a local Saudi newspaper reported previously.
