Kuwait – Mubasher: Manazel Holding said that its subsidiary, Manazel Developments, has signed a preliminary agreement to sell two land plots in Al-Dajeej, Kuwait.
The contract is worth KWD 6.36 million, the company said in a bourse statement issued on Wednesday.
Manazel has received KWD 2 million worth deposit, while the remaining amount will be received once the property ownership is transferred.
A profit standing at KWD 1.14 was entitled from the sale deal, the company said, adding that the profit will be registered in the financial statements of the fourth quarter this year.
