Kuwait - Mubasher: Manazel Holding Company said on Monday that its subsidiary Manazel Developments has finished the transfer of ownership of two lots in Al Dajeej area.
According to the company’s statement to the Kuwait Stock Exchange (KSE), it has received the remaining amount of the selling price, KWD 4.36 million, bearing in mind that the company was paid KWD 2 million in December.
The company’s profit from the transaction totals KWD 1.14 million, and will be shown in the financial statement of the fourth quarter of 2016, the statement indicated.
