Abu Dhabi-Mubasher: UAE property developer Manazel Real Estate announced the creation of a new subsidiary called Manazel Malls to take operational and managerial control of Capital Mall and all retail areas in Al Reef Community and Al Reef 2 in Abu Dhabi.
The new unit will be responsible for all of Manazel’s retail operations, as well as driving operational efficiencies and improve performance across this line of business.
The real estate firm is studying new projects to be announced in the coming period, said CEO Hassan Fahmi.
