Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: Manazel Real Estate has entered a strategic partnership with McARTHUR + COMPANY to lease and manage Capital Mall, according to a statement.
McARTHUR will manage the leasing and management aspects of Capital Mall located in Mohammed Bin Zayed City in Abu Dhabi.
The company has provided strategic consulting and effective real estate management services for projects like Deira City Centre and Dubai Festival City in the UAE, in addition to City Stars Cairo in Egypt and Mall of Qatar.
Capital Mall offers a space of more than 60,000 square metre of gross leasable area (GLA).
Manazel posted net profits of AED 206.52 million in 2016, up 5.7% from AED 195.47 million in 2015.
