Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: Manazel Real Estate said its shareholders approved on Thursday, 18 May, 4% cash dividends or 4 fils per share for fiscal year 2016, according to a statement.
Total dividends amount to AED 104 million for FY16.
The company’s profits grew 5.6% to AED 206.5 million by the end of 2016, compared to AED 195.5 million a year earlier.
