Abu Dhabi-Mubasher: The shareholders of Manazel Real Estate approved on Sunday the board’s recommendation to distribute 4% bonus shares for 2015, according to a bourse statement.
The company will give out a total of 100 million shares.
The last dividend entitlement date is on 2 May, while the record date is on 4 May.
The shareholders also gave the ago-ahead, during their ordinary general meeting, to the company’s budget, and profit and loss statement.
