Abu Dhabi-Mubasher: Manazel Real Estate will carry out a mixed-use development, named Manazel Amman, in Jordan, according to a Sunday statement.
The he project will be announced at Cityscape Abu Dhabi, which will be held from 12 to 14 April 2016.
Located in Queen Alia International Airport, the project will include 1600 residential units.
The statement did not unveil the project’s value.
“The project is Manazel’s first step in our strategic expansion outside of the UAE,” Manazel’s CEO Hassan Fahmi said.
Manazel will contribute to the company’s diversification of revenue from new countries with untapped potential, Fahmi added.
