Doha – Mubasher: The extraordinary general meeting (EGM) of Mannai Corp gave the green light to the board’s proposal to amend the company’s article of association, namely clause no.26 and 32-7.
Thus, clause no. 26 stipulates that “The Company shall be managed by a ten-member board for a renewable tenure of three years. Each member shall be hereby nominated and selected as per official, strict and transparent procedures”.
Item 7 of the clause No.32 provides that “the board meeting can be followed up by any smart technological means that grants hereby visually and orally effective participation”.
At 11:45 Qatar time, the company’s stock rose 3.29% to QAR88.09.
