Manrre Logistics Fund joins Nasdaq Dubai

UAE – Mubasher: Manrre Logistics Fund, a Dubai-based private investment company, has rung the market-opening bell at Nasdaq Dubai after placing its shares in the exchange’s Central Securities Depository (CSD).

The CSD will maintain the company’s deposited shares on behalf of the shareholders and facilitate their transfers among investors, according to a press release on Tuesday.

Since its launch by Palmon Group in 2018, Manrre has focused on institutional-grade logistics and industrial properties.

The founder and chairman of Palmon Group, Manohar Lahori, said: “Manrre focuses on long-term and stable rentals of logistics and commercial properties, with high exposure to the rapidly growing e-commerce market, a strategy focused on high-yield and a commitment to capital preservation.”

Meanwhile, CEO of Nasdaq Dubai, Hamed Ali, noted: “Our efficient CSD facility for private companies is an effective platform for introducing a wide range of businesses to an exchange environment, as a step towards engaging in new financing possibilities.”

Manrre is a private real estate fund managed by Dalma Capital.
