Mubasher: Real Estate Trade Centers Co. (Marakez) has reported a 31.6% year-on-year loss hike during the third quarter of the fiscal year 2019.
The company’s loss grew to KWD 35,800 in Q3-19, compared to KWD 27,300 in the year-ago period, according to a bourse statement released on Thursday.
In the first nine months of 2019, Marakez’s loss rose 28.9% YoY to KWD 110,030.
It is worth noting that the Boursa Kuwait-listed developer incurred losses worth around KWD 74,150 in the first half of 2019 as compared to nearly KWD 58,090 in H1-18.
