Mardev Developments to invest EGP 1.5bn in residential project in new capital

Cairo – Mubasher: Mardev Developments is looking to invest EGP 1.5 billion in a residential project in the New Administrative Capital, the Chairman, Zohdy Zahran, said during the Cityscape Egypt exhibition.

The project, spanning over an area of 17.64 feddans, features 738 residential units, Zahran added in a statement on Thursday.

It also includes a commercial, administrative, and medical building comprising 127 units over an area of 8,800 square metres (sqm).

The company invested EGP 360 million in two commercial projects in R7 in the New Administrative Capital over areas of 3,000 sqm and 2,000 sqm.

In 2021, the property developer aims to inject EGP 500 million worth of investments in its projects.
