Cairo - Mubasher: Maridive and Oil Services said its offshore construction segment has been awarded a new contract in UAE.
The company landed the contract that amounts to $43 million (EGP 337 million) through its unit Valentine Maritime, said a bourse filling.
Following this deal, the total value of the company’s contracts backlog will reach $480 million (EGP 3.8 billion).
Through this contract, Valentine will carry out supply works, as well as various offshore construction works.
The new contract is expected to be effective as of the second quarter of 2016 and to be completed by the fourth quarter of 2016.
