Mariout Hills injects EGP 300m in tourism project in North Coast

Cairo – Mubasher: Mariout Hills Group announced the launch of a tourism project in the sustainable eco-city in the North Coast with investments worth EGP 300 million.

The project comprises 200 hotel houses, 70% of which are planned to be dedicated to European tourists and 30% to Egyptian visitors, the company said in a statement on Sunday.

A total of 100 hotel houses will be sold on a full-ownership basis and will be managed by the Mariout Hills Group, manager of commercial sector at Mariout Hills Group, Mohamed Shahin, noted.
