Mubasher: Marriott International has inked an agreement with Al Maryia Real Estate Establishment to open a Four Points by Sheraton hotel in Riyadh, according to a statement.
To offer 130 keys, the property will be located on King Abdul Aziz Road, in the Sulaimaniyah district of the city.
The Four Points brand is in progress to open six properties in the Kingdom by 2021.
Marriott currently operates 19 properties and over 5,000 rooms in Saudi Arabia, the statement said, adding that the company seeks to reach its target of 50 operating hotels in the country in the next five years.
