Mars to pump EGP 750m investments in Egypt

Cairo – Mubasher: Mars Incorporated plans to expand its investments in Egypt through injecting EGP 750 million in the upcoming period, Mars general manager for North Africa and Levant Ahmed Seddik said on Thursday.

During his meeting with Egypt's investment and international cooperation minister Sahar Nasr, Seddik noted that Mars’ current investments in Egypt amount to EGP 2 billion, according to a statement.

Egypt targets to attract investments worth $15 billion in fiscal year 2017/2018, compared to estimated investments worth $10 billion during the current year.
