Marseilia plans to establish asset management firm

Cairo – Mubasher: Marseilia Almasreia Alkhalegeya Real Estate Investment said Wednesday that it plans to set up an asset management company with an authorised capital worth EGP 2.5 million and an issued capital of EGP 250,000.

The new firm will manage real estate projects and assets, in addition to the operation of resorts and malls, according to a statement to the stock market.

Marseilia will own a stake of 99% in the new company.
