Cairo – Mubasher: Marseilia Almasreia Alkhalegeya Real Estate Investment is planning to form a partnership with a developer to build a 300-acre project in El Dabaa district in the Egyptian city of Marsa Matruh, Marseilia’s group chairman, Sherif Heliw, revealed.
A new project in Alexandria is expected to be unveiled and offered by the end of 2019, the top official added.
Heliw noted that Marseilia is studying a group of investment opportunities in New Al Alamein, New Mansoura, Upper Egypt, and New Damietta.
Marseilia reported a 185% year-on-year increase in its net profit during the first half of 2019, recording EGP 3.31 million.
