Kuwait - Mubasher: Al Massaleh Real Estate announced on Wednesday the launching of the new 40-storey Massaleh Tower, the tallest luxury residential complex in Kuwait, according to the company’s press release.

The apartments were designed to capture the spectacular views afforded from each panoramic window,” said Mohammed Al-Saleh, general manager of Massaleh.
The new tower is located in the central neighborhood of Bneid Al Gar, it offers 78 spacious and luxuriously appointed three-bedroom apartments for long-term lease, all with spectacular sea and city views. Each floor of the high rise consists of two private and upscale apartments, Massaleh said in its statement.
The complex also includes landscaped grounds, a new exclusive swimming pool and leisure area, 24-hour on-site security, reserved parking, complex-wide internet services, a managed gymnasium, with squash and tennis courts, children play areas, and “Massaleh Square” a convenient mix of retail outlets catering to the tenants’ daily needs.
