Cairo – Mubasher: Maven Developments has launched a serviced apartment project in Al Galala City in Ain Sokhna with investments worth EGP 4 billion.
Spanning over 76 feddans, the project will feature 1,756 serviced residential units, the real estate developer’s chairman Mohamed Youssef said in a press conference on Sunday.
The property developer has obtained the land plot from the Tourism Development Authority, Youssef added, noting that construction will begin by the end of 2020 to be completed in four years.
The chairman expects the project to generate contractual sales of EGP 1 billion during 2020.
