Qatar – Mubasher: Mazaya Real Estate Development said on Thursday that it has made a preliminary non-binding offer to purchase a property in the Istanbul, Turkey.
The purpose of the offer is to redevelop the project, the company said in a filing to the Qatar Exchange (QSE), adding that the deal is in line with its vision of diversifying its markets and income sources.
The company did not disclose the value of the deal.
