Doha – Mubasher: Mazaya Qatar Real Estate Development net profit for the first nine months of 2016 reached QAR 74.014 million ($20.33 million), compared to QAR 92.53 ($25.41 million) for the same period last year.
Earnings per share for the nine-month period amounted to QAR 0.67, versus QAR 0.84 for the same period of the previous year, according to a bourse filing released on Wednesday.
Net profit for the third quarter of fiscal 2016 fell by 59.9% to QAR 13.32 million ($3.6 million) from QAR 33.23 million ($9.11 million) for Q3-15.
