Doha – Mubasher: Mazaya Qatar Real Estate Development said its board proposed 5% bonus shares on a 1-for-20 basis, according to a statement.
The company’s shareholders meeting will be held on 12 April to discuss the proposed bonus shares.
The proposed bonus shares will raise the company’s capital from QAR 1.1 million to QAR 1.15 million.
The company’s stock fell 5.11% to QAR 13.2 in Wednesday’s mid-session.
