Riyadh-Mubasher: The board of Medical Care Co. gave the green light for the company's five-year strategy until 2020, the company said in a bourse statement.
The strategy is based on studying and evaluating the current position of the company and the local healthcare sector, to build a new vision achieving shareholders' ambitions.
The plan has four dimensions, expansion, operational excellence, focus on the human cadre and safety of institutional organization, the statement added.
The company forecasts the results of boosting the efficiency of medical and administrative procedures and improving service quality to materialise this year.
In addition, the financial impact of geographic expansion will appear in 2019, the statement added.
