Doha – Mubasher: Medicare Group postponed its ordinary general meeting (OGM) scheduled for 16 February due to lack of quorum, and set 14 March for another meeting.
The Qatar listed company’s annual profit inched down last year by 0.63% to QAR 180.38 million from QAR 181.52 million in 2014.
Earnings per share reached QAR 6.41 in 2015, versus QAR 6.45 in 2014.
