Doha – Mubasher: Medicare Group shareholders will look into a board recommendation to set new ownership limits for the stock on 7 March, a filing said Sunday.
They will also discuss the minimum ownership requirements that should be met by candidates applying for board positions.
In the meeting that was rescheduled from last Tuesday due to lack of quorum, amending the company’s statute will be considered so as to go in harmony with Qatar’s new corporate legislation.
