Dubai – Mubasher: Mediclinic, which is one of the world's top 10 private hospital groups, plans to acquire City Centre Clinics Deira and Me’aisem from Majid Al Futtaim, which will allow Mediclinic Middle East to strengthen its partnership with the UAE-based holding company.
The two clinics are perfectly located, which will enable Mediclinic to attract skilled doctors and increase patient volumes and revenues, according to a company statement.
“Following the success of existing mall clinics in Dubai, Mediclinic identified an opportunity with Majid Al Futtaim at City Centre Clinics Deira and Me’aisem to build additional presence in some of Dubai’s leading retail and entertainment hubs,” CEO of Mediclinic Middle East David Hadley commented.
He added that the clinics are “ideally situated to refer, where necessary, patients to our existing Mediclinic Welcare Hospital in Al Garhoud and our forthcoming Mediclinic Parkview Hospital in Al Barsha South.”
