Cairo – Mubasher: Medinet Nasr Housing said its contracted sales had reached EGP 3.8 billion.
The company’s contracted sales in 2016 exceeded the initial budget of EGP 2 billion and surpassed the contracted sales of 2015 of EGP 876 million by 4.3x.
The growth of the contracted sales was mainly attributed to Taj City project which recorded EGP 2.1 billion, fellowed by the successful launch of SARAI project which reached EGP 1 billion on its launch day.
The leading urban developer noted that it has sold its entire inventory in Taj City and SARAI and prepares new launches by February / March of 2017 with new inventory.
