Cairo – Mubasher: Memaar Al Morshedy on Thursday announced carrying out EGP 1 billion investments in its newest projects Katameya Gate and Lakefront, according to a statement.
The firm started implementing its newest project with investments over EGP 1 billion including Katameya Gate, located adjacent to the Ring Road on a 43,700-square metre land plot, and Lakefront, the integrated residential compound, located in 6th of October City on a 37-acre land.
Omar Morshedy, the marketing manager at Memaar Al Morshedy, said that the firm plans to expand its investments and maintain diverse real estate projects in the current phase amid the increasing demand for housing units and the market’s need for distinct projects, noting that the real estate sector is witnessing notable development and recovery.
Morshedy added that Katameya Gate is located in a distinguishable area from Katameya Road, Ain Sokhna, and Ring Road, facing One Katamya project, one of Memaar Al Morshedy’s popular projects that will deliver its units soon.
Memaar Al Morshedy is carrying out several projects such as Degla Gardens, Degla Palms, One Katameya, Rayhanah Plaza, Degla View, Grand City, Crystal Plaza, Bavaria Town, Silver Skies, Grand Gate, and Degla Land Mark.
