Cairo – Mubasher: Memphis Pharmaceutical and Chemical Industries said it will hold ordinary and extraordinary general meeting on 27 September.
The general meeting will look into freezing dividends distribution for the fiscal year 2015/16.
The drug firm reported net profits of EGP 88,600 in FY15/16, against losses of EGP 10.3 million for the same period of the previous year.
