Kuwait – Mubasher: Kuwait – Mubasher: Mena Real Estate on Tuesday denied news published by Al Qabas newspaper that it had merged with Kuwait-based Rasmal Holding Co.
Mena has not contacted the Kuwaiti Capital Market Authority (CMA) at all regarding Rasmal Holding or any other company, it said in a filing to the Kuwait Stock Exchange (KSE).
The company is currently examining several options to enhance its performance and business operations in order to achieve the goals and ambitions of its shareholders, the KSE-listed real estate company added.
Mena Real Estate recently posted a net loss of KWD 1.29 million in the fourth quarter of its fiscal year ended 31 March 2016, up from KWD 883,120 losses in the same period the year before.
