Doha - Mubasher: The board of Mesaieed Petrochemical Holding Company’s (MPHC) ordinary general meeting (OGM) will be held on 6 March to discuss the distribution of cash dividends at 6% of the capital.
The proposed dividends total SAR 756 million, represent QAR 0.6 per share, according to a bourse filing on Wednesday.
The company’s capital amounts to QAR 12.6 billion, distributed over 1.26 million shares.
The general assembly will meet on 15 March, as an alternative date, to discuss the profit and loss sheet for the year ended on 30 December.
MPHC revealed that the annual profits in 2016 decreased by 8.31% and amounted to QAR 904.9 million down from QAR 986.91 million in 2015.
