Doha – Mubasher: Mesaieed Petrochemical Holding posted on Tuesday a net profit of QAR 277.3 million ($76.1 million) for the second quarter of the fiscal year 2016, 3.24% up from QAR 286.6 million ($78.6 million) for Q2-15.
In the first half of fiscal 2016, net profit grew by 21.6% to QAR 489.68 million from QAR 402.76 million in the same period of 2015, according to a bourse filing.
Mesaieed earlier reported a net profit of QAR 212.4 million for Q1-16, compared to QAR 116.2 million for Q1-15.
The stock closed Tuesday’s trading rising 1.81% to QAR 19.63 million.
