Riyadh-Mubasher: MetLife AIG ANB Cooperative Insurance has obtained the approval of Saudi Arabia’s Capital Market Authority (CMA) to raise capital through offering rights issue shares worth SAR 175 million.
The subscription prospectus will be released later.
