Riyadh - Mubasher: MetLife AIG ANB Cooperative Insurance Company announced that the board of directors (BOD) has approved the appointment of Abdullah Ahmed Al Kenany as an independent board member.
This comes after the company recently received the approval of the Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency (SAMA), according to the company’s statement to the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) on Monday.
Abdullah Al Kenany will undertake his duties as of Monday, however, the appointment shall not be deemed final and shall be presented to the coming general assembly meeting for approval, the statement indicated.
